Hair fall is a serious issue for millions of people around the world. You may have tried many tips and products to restore your hair but all in vain. The best way is to avoid commercial products that are loaded with harmful chemicals and harsh ingredients that leave a negative impact upon delicate hair strands. Instead of improving, these methods rather deteriorate the situation and make condition even worse. So, the ideal way is to go for natural home remedies that are not only effective, but easy-to-use as well as cost-effective.

Protein supply

Since hair loss can be mainly due to lack of proteins, it is highly essential to provide enough of this nutrient to your body. You can eat foods that contain excellent amount of protein such as milk, egg, meat, poultry and fish. Another way is to apply egg white mixture to the hair scalp. It helps them nourish and grow faster. Beat egg whites and massage vigorously into hair roots. Wear a shower cap to avoid leakage and stinky smell. Wash with warm water and shampoo thoroughly.

Apply a mixture of whole egg and olive oil into the scalp and let it stay for 30 to 40 minutes and then rinse off using good quality shampoo. It works great to nourish your hair and make them thicker.

Home-made conditioner

Add some vinegar or lemon juice in water to make conditioner that suits your hair type. Carefully rub it after shampoo and then wash off thoroughly. It will not only help get rid of hair fall but also add shine to the strands.

Organic oils

Various herbal oils have been found excellent in the treatment of hair fall. Massage them regularly into the scalp and wash after 30 minutes to an hour. Using these oils continually increases hair volume and boosts growth. These provide moisture to strands that avoid dryness and brittle texture. Oils made with olives, almond and coconut are most widely used. A mixture of several herbal oils can also be applied.

Vitamin A, Zinc

Both these ingredients are best known for having healthy and strong hair and nails. So, take foods rich in vitamin A and zinc. You can also use supplements or pills as recommended by physician.
