Foods to Eat:

Meat: turkey, beef, lamb, chicken.

Dairy products: yogurt (plain), butter, cream, cheese

Fruits: apple, orange, pear, fig, avocado, strawberries, blue barriers.

Sugar: drinks, candies, chewing gums, ice cream, soft juices

Oils: sunflower oil, canola oil, soybean oil

Artificial sweeteners: Cyclamates, Aspartame, Saccharin, Acesulfame Potassium

Trans Fats: partially hydrogenated” oils.

Gluten grains: pastas, bread, Wheat, spelt, barley

Breakfast:

Low Carb Diet Recipe # 01

CHICKEN SALAD

Ingredients:
grilled chicken breast (shredded)
½ cup cheese (Julian cut)
1 cup lettuce leaves
1 boiled egg (cut in cubes)
½ table spoon French dressing
pinch of salt
¼ tea spoon honey
2 green chilies (chopped)

Procedure:

Arrange lettuce leaves in a plate and in another bowl mix all ingredients including chicken and roll will slow hand, now convert the mixed salad into the plate where lettuce leaves were placed. Serve at room temperature don’t serve chilled.

Low Carb Diet Recipe # 2

CREAMY TOMATO SOUP

Ingredients:
2 ½ table spoon butter
3 onions (medium)
2 cup chicken stock
1 cup cream
salt to taste
black paper ½ tea spoon
3 tomatoes
parsley leaves (for garnishing)
coriander leaves (optional)

Procedure:

Take a deep pot and saute onion in butter until it loosen, now add tomatoes and chicken stock and leave for 2 minutes, let it cook… now add salt, paper and put the liquid into the blender and blend until it becomes a smooth texture now add cream and mix well cook for 2 more minutes, garnish with coriander leaves or parsley leaves and serve.
